Matt Tuttle

Matt joined the team at Five Star in May of 2014 as our resident bookkeeper. Having eight years of experience running his own business he brings a well rounded approach and expertise to the accounting department. His responsibilities include but are not limited to all aspects of AP/AR, preparing payment requisitions and managing subcontractor compliance items.

Kevin Perrier

Kevin founded Five Star in 2000 after working in a number of construction arenas. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of corporate affairs and upper-management positions. Kevin is active in his local community and serves on the board of directors at the Dakin Humane Society. Licenses held: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, ASHE Certification, OSHA 10 Certification, Home Improvement Contractor

Bud Korza

Joining the team in 2007, Bud has worked with a number of commercial clients on multi-million dollar projects throughout his 33 years experience as a construction supervisor and project manager. At Five Star, Bud directs a majority of the company’s healthcare construction projects. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction to guarantee adequate staffing and procurement of required materials to meet project schedule and maintaining compliance with codes, regulations and ordinances. Bud’s projects include: Logan CONRAC Back of House; Logan Tennant Improvement—Hertz, Avis/Budget, Dollar/Thrifty & Enterprise; BMC Daly Marketplace; BMC Observation & Infusion; and BMC Microbiology Lab. License held: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, Healthcare Construction Certificate, OSHA 10, ASHE Certification

Noelle Doherty

Noelle joined Five Star in 2010. As the director of finance and human resources, Noelle helps support the company’s financial decision-making and guides the company’s human resources programs, values and culture. Her duties include collecting and reporting financial data, managing employment processing and payroll, advising management on tax regulations, managing employee relations and retention, and directing staff. Additionally, she assumes the bookkeeper duties on a part-time basis.
