If you are interested in becoming a subcontractor with Five Star, you will need to obtain the following prior to being considered for a project:
- Up-to-date Liability Insurance
- Up-to-date Worker’s Comp. Insurance
- OSHA 10 certified employees
- Any other related certifications or licenses specific to your trade (i.e. Asbestos Abatement or Electrical) in compliance with Massachusetts state law
In addition, you must not have, at any time, been asked to vacate a project due to misconduct, dissatisfaction with quality of work or lack of compliance with state requirements (such as payroll). Similarly, you must not have, at any time, voluntarily discontinued your services prior to the completion of contracted work.
