Hudson Dunkin’ – Logan International Airport

The Hudson Dunkin’ project at Logan International Airport involved the complete build-out of a new concession space within Terminal B/C Connector, designed to meet the operational and aesthetic requirements of a high-traffic airport retail environment. The scope of work included full architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, all coordinated to comply with Massport’s stringent construction standards and FAA security requirements.

Work encompassed installation of new structural framing, utility connections, and infrastructure to support point-of-sale systems, digital menu boards, lighting, HVAC distribution, and life-safety systems. The design incorporated durable, low-maintenance finishes suited for heavy daily use, while optimizing customer flow in a compact footprint. Special coordination was required for integration with existing terminal utilities, IT infrastructure, and back-of-house service areas, ensuring seamless operation within the busy airport concourse.
