This multi-tenant facility brings together major rental car brands into a single, state-of-the-art customer service and operations hub, improving efficiency, passenger convenience, and airport traffic flow.
The scope of work included:

Customer Service Center (CSC) – Development of passenger-facing spaces, including rental counters, lobbies, and customer circulation areas.

Back-of-House Operations (BOH) – Design and construction of rental car administrative offices, service areas, and staging zones for fleet management.

Multi-Tenant Coordination – Accommodation of multiple rental car brands (Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, National, Alamo, Dollar, and Thrifty) with individually tailored workspaces and service booths.

Architectural Finishes & Interior Build-Out – Custom millwork, partition layouts, flooring, and finishes designed for high-volume passenger use.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) – New infrastructure to support lighting, HVAC, fire protection, and IT/communications systems across tenant and common areas.

Transportation Integration – Construction linked directly to Logan Airport’s roadway system and passenger terminals, supporting shuttle bus and pedestrian connections.
