• Building envelope and accessibility improvements – Aluminum-framed storefronts, hollow metal frames, and glazing upgrades for improved aesthetics, energy efficiency, and ADA compliance.

• Safety and compliance features – Incorporation of eyewash flow switches, fume hood wiring, and other laboratory safety systems in compliance with applicable building codes and educational safety guidelines.
